Hungry!
I'm starving but not for long because were on our way to get some food . i absolutely cant wait to get my hands on some good old fashion island food. Their dishes include chicken, pork, rice , fish, seafood, pigeon peas , plantains , avocado, mangoes, and pumpkins which they call calabaza. As much as there dishes sound familiar they prepare there different and apply different flavor and spices like sofrito onions, adobo, oregano, garlic , peppers, cilantro , and chilies. They also have a special sauce which they call achiote which is reddish-yellowish oil thats usually spicy and they roast it onto the meats! my mouth is just watering thinking about it
