 Being that we are visitors the cheif offered us the cooking tour which in formed us of the cooking styles of Puerto ricans.“cocina criolla” which means creole cooking is a cooking stlye is the cuisine created by the European colonists using their traditional recipes coalesced with native Caribbean foods and cooking styles
